Adlai's brithday

 My little man wanted a Lightning McQueen birthday cake...

 and a gymnastics party with Kaya and family and friends.

Cold

It was cold enough to create ice drawings on the window before preschool.

Murphy

We took care of Murphy, a Devon Rex with lots of personality.

First downhill ski

This was Adlai's first time ever on downhill skis at Nakiska. Both kids had a great time and were highly impressed by a little whirlwind that blew the snow in a vortex around the magic carpet. By lunch time the hill was a rainbow explosion of ski jackets.

New Year's Day

We had a lovely meal with family at Dad's house.
