Natasha's visit

We welcomed Ryan, Billie and Natasha to our home. It was the first time the cousins all met one another and they had a great time.

Sledding

The kids had almost as much fun as Patrick and I sledding down the hills. By the end of a few runs, Adlai was particularly tuckered out from all the squealing in delight.

Great-Grandma's car continues to be a favourite!

New Year's Day

It's New Year's Day and Patrick took a like-Mommy-like-daughter photo.

Kaya helps bathe Adlai, making sure to dump water on his head and put SLS and paraben free shampoo on him. The other day I saw her pretending to read the label on a bottle, pronouncing made up words out loud as ingredients, then declaring that it was okay to use for Adlai. No one holds a candle to toddlers for imitation!

Christmas

Reindeer Snacks

Kaya carefully laid out water, carrots, and oats for the reindeer in addition to the standard milk and cookies for Santa. She took great care not to spill a drop and was delighted that Santa and his reindeer ate everything by the time she woke up on Christmas morning.
