Loved ones
All the traveling is taking its toll - the kids are happy despite the total lack of napping and Adlai is subsisting on Cheerios. Here we are with Grandpa. Adlai has just pronounced "George" deliberately and proudly and I think his great granddad was tickled.
Patrick's great grandparents.
We miss you Grandma. Here is a photo from their 60th wedding anniversary when we were last out at the farm.

country lane
Patrick and Kaya played on the farm while Adlai and I went for a walk down the country road at dusk. The farm holds so many beautiful memories and fall is lovely on the Georgian bay.
Kemble
These are the first photos with our new camera. Our old canon died on our trip and we needed to get photos of the greatgrandparents with their greatgrandkids.
We made it to Kemble and the Crampton farmhouse and Kaya and Adlai had a good time chasing frogs, picking apples from a real apple tree, and blowing dandelion fluff in the breeze - foundational experiences for all toddlers.

On our way
The kids were great sports about being woken at 5:45 and packed into the car to go to the airport. They enjoyed watching the planes take off and land and the "trains" bring baggage back and forth.
Here is our camera deciding to bite the big one.

Tigress
Kaya really wanted to have her face painted as a tiger and grandma Maihaa was able to meet the task.
She even had a parrot and a snow leopard for good measure.
Kaya thought the paint felt neat as it dried.
