Granville island

I had a wonderful weekend with Jess - practicing yoga on Granville island, soaking up the fall colours, visiting the acquarium and savouring great food and symphony music.

By the ocean and lost lagoon

Thanksgiving

The kids disappeared after five minutes at the dinner table. We let them get down to play while we enjoyed a great meal and found them quietly "sleeping" in the living room.

A family of grouse came to roost in our backyard. The hawk came down to sit on our fence shortly after the grouse took cover in the corridor.

Kaya did a trial run on Adlai's halloween costume. He would only try it on after she showed that it was safe.

Adlai had a fit of the giggles while munching muffins.

Snow

Daddy goofs around with the munchkins while bbqing on the deck.

The kids made the best of the early snow, catching snowflakes on their tongues and rolling around in the front yard while we shovelled the driveway.

We had a fun morning visiting with Bapu and playing at the park.
