Zoo

Grandma had fun with the kids at the zoo.

Trick or treat

We had 20 minutes to get a costume together and the end result was Neo and Trinity from the Matrix. We had a great time trick or treating with Virginia, Nigel, Josh, Ella, and friends. Adlai in particular was so excited about knocking on the doors and saying "trick or treat, thank you!"

Halloween costumes

Kaya sports her silly spider hat proudly, immitating its expression.

She was a cowgirl in the livingroom.

She was Belle at preschool.

And Tinkerbelle at our friends party. By a freak coincidence Adlai and Evelyn had the exact same puppy costume and Kaya and Julia were both green fairies.

Skating and feet

Kaya was almost as excited as Grandma Jan to go skating.

Adlai and Kaya goof around with Daddy.

Kaya is starting to look so much more mature.

Sleeping

The kids pretend to go to sleep in our bed, tucking themselves in and everything. Daddy was very proud that he did sucha good job braiding Kaya's hair.
