Our family photo shoot did not involve any given 30 seconds of stationary children or any single shot of all four of us but we got some picutres that captured the spirit of the moment nonetheless.

Watching Charlie

The kids thought watching Charlie the cat peer at them from downstairs was simply hilarious.

Here are the munchkins cavorting on Uncle B's staircase instead of sitting still for a family photo.

Dusk at midday

The light was so strange with the chinook clouds darkening the sky. These photos were taken at 10:30 in the morning but it looks like sunset.

My own shoes

Adlai insists on trying to put on his own shoes. I cannot help him unless much cajoling is involved. He does deign to allow his sister to assist him.

My little yogis rolled around on the carpet doing boat pose and downward dog and all sorts of other displays of flexibility.

I took the kids to the spider web park on Remembrance Day. It was chilly and we were bundled up but at least the snow was not flying.
