Adlai could not get enough of the sprinkler. The water was freezing despite the warm weather. But he loved seeing the effect that his hand had on the arc of water and thought it was hilarious to step through and run circuts around the yard.
More than once he gasped at the cold and received a mouthful of water. That did not, however, prevent him from doing it all over again.
