Adlai was allowed to come to preschool for Kaya's class Christmas party. They both coloured at the tables and Adlai was inordinately proud of himself.
Santa appeared and the kids stuck to me like Velcro. Kaya and her friend held hands and sang us Christmas carols in French, including, "Petit Papa Noel." It brought back my own childhood memories of Christmas.
